Maxie,
It sounds like after the first few weeks, you're thinking "I've got this beat! I can smoke one here or there no problem!" Well, that IS a problem. You're letting your guard down and ol' Nic is right there to take advantage when you do. This is an all or nothing thing... you either smoke or you don't. If you're not ready to let go completely, then regroup and spend as much time reading about this addiction, looking at the disgusting pictures, posting here, making lists of the pros and cons of smoking and figure out what you want out of life... do you want to live as an addict for the rest of your life, wasting your money, time and health? Or do you want to LIVE?!?! Your choice. Unfortunately, you can't have it both ways.
Crave the Quit!
Pam
