[color=Purple]Good Friday morning ! Well today is Friday and I just weighed in... one more pound lost :p

It's amazing to me that with tweeking my food intake and eating 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones, implementing more veggies, no crap snacks, adding more fish, no breads (including pasta) and lots of walking and soon to be going to the gym how everything seems to be coming together beautifully :)
Also, I do believe in a treat every now and then -- Like yesterday when I went out for coffee I did indulge in a small donut. :eg: Because I know it's not a common occurence and everyone should have a special treat now and then.
