Crossword puzzles - they take a lot of mental brain power, so you don't really think about smoking while you're doing them.
Play a video game or something that only takes a few minutes.
Read an interesting article in a magazine or newspaper.
Or my favorite, do nothing. Now, I know at first, this can be very difficult to do because when you're not doing anything is when you really want to smoke the most, but honestly, this became one of my favorite "break" rewards. Just an opportunity to do absolutely nothing for a while. How wonderful does that sound sometimes? When I smoked, I NEVER just sat and did nothing... I was always smoking on my breaks. So doing nothing became a treat that I'd never really enjoyed before.
