I am currently on Day 17 and I am having a major problem... I no longer know how to get that "time out" or "reward" that smoking gave me. Smoking gave me 2 minutes away from everything else... it didn't take long and when I came back I was refreshed... but now what??? what do I do??? I feel like a big ball of stress has landed on me and I don't know what to do to get that same break that smoking provided me with... I don't want food... I'm terrified of gaining weight... any suggestions?
