Hi Princess, Just let the craving rant and rave and tell it (yourself) I am not giving in, Smoking is not an option. Every time you beat one, you get stonger! You're on your way, you will get there, one day at a time! ;)

You Go Girl! You Rock! Every time you say no to a trigger, that's a HUGE win! And the trigger won't be so strong next time. Every no makes you stronger and the nicotine weaker. We're all rootin' for you. Keep going with the smokeless days and remember this is a journey and you are not alone. I have found that if you can just hold off for 5 minutes or so, the craving will pass. The tools to the left are an inspiration and will help you with this journey. Good job Princess. My latest inspiration is to get angry at the nico-demon that puts that "I'm going to smoke" thought in my head as soon as I get angry or really stressed out. It has really made a difference at how I look at my triggers. Princess, If you're doing "ok" during hell week that means you're really doing great! Your goal for now is to remain smoke free one craving at a time, the rest of your life can literally be put on hold so do whatever you need to during these early days. I'm not too far into this but I can tell you it does and will get easier. Keep fighting!
