Smoked about 30 a day on average, more in times of stress or when partying. Just in rough figures I think it comes out to about 1,500,000 in my lifetime !!! That is pretty scary isn't it ? Isn't there 18 in a pack???? You know you can figure it out by dividing the number of cigarettes not smoked by the number of days since quit on the meter below. Since I tried not to smoke around my kids, it fluctuated. With kids - 8-10. W/o kids 18 plus. 8-10 usually. If I went out probably around 30, I used to chain smoke around alcohol. I went out probably areound 2 times a week. Thinking about how I used to feel after smoking 20 cigarettes in a 3 hour period makes me shudder. Thank GOD i never have to feel like THAT again. Freedom rocks. ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/9/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 155 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,245 Amount Saved: $548.7 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 6 Mins: 56 Seconds: 49

12-15 a day, add at least 1/2 pack on a night out. My hangovers are nothing like they used to be. Smoking made them worse.
