Trish, one of the best things I found to do when I was getting kicked around by a really bad crave was to COME HERE! Just like you did. I read and read and read, and it all reminds me of how glad I am to be an ex-smoker, why I quit, and how if you just give in to just one, you're actually giving in to thousands of them.
Don't. Give. In.
Hold tight, it will get better. I'm only on day 29, I had a really tough week last week, but now that I'm on the other side of it, I am so glad I didn't give in. It isn't perfect by a long shot, but it is a whole lot better. It will be for you, too.
