When you are having these thoughts are you experiencing panic/anxiety? If so, try our Panic Diary and record your actions and thoughts. In order for you to deal with these feelings try to see if anything triggers them. By using the Panic Diary you may see a pattern? No i dont have a history of problems. My grndma is very sick and she was in the hospital and now she is in a nursing home and you see all kinds of stuff and those just got me worried. I am always scared somehing is going to happen to me!

I have so many questions! lol I just feel better asking them! Can a 15 year old have a heart attack or a stroke? I was just wondering cause i am worring about it. Like always. I am 15 and i weigh 122 and i am 5'7 and the doctor always tells me i am very healthy. Well comments very welcome! Thanks ````Blondie```` ;)
