My doctor's appointment is 2 days out. My anxiety level is rising. It is going to be a very long 2 days.
I want help, but the drugs worry me. I need to be alert, but then, when I am running on 3 or 4 hours of sleep in the last 48 that is not exactly sharp either. I have been trying to lose weight. It seems to be working, down almost 30 pounds in 3 months. Food is not an effective medication. Are there any of the medications that would have a lesser impact on my diet program?
