For all my oral fixation people... They sell theese at Whole Foods or Wil Oats ect... they are little toothpick size chewing Sticks with a naturaul menthol in them. They are great to chew on and give your gums a naturaul little buzz/ tingle without the aid of any chemicals. Since they are all naturual they do no harm. Just a little suggestion.
