My belief is, if you think it will be bad...it probably will. So just carry on with a positive attitude. People have bad days, it's called being human and does not necessarily have anything to do with quitting smoking!
I was worrying about getting out in my garden, as I thought it would trigger cravings...But I thought 'To hell with that, I've been done smoking long enough now. I went out, and had no cravings!'
