Legend -
I'm just one day ahead of you - I can relate. I too have experienced these sudden intense unexpected cravings. It's the pits. The other night I finished dinner and then felt like there was something that I urgently had to do...I then realized it was a craving to smoke...since I'm now a non-smoker, it felt really uncomfortable as that "urgent thing" wasn't an option. I distracted myself, chewed some gum, and logged on here. I wasn't "cured" of the crave, but I got through it. And, that's all we need to do right now - get through it.
So, hang in there with me!
