Jame, Thanks for sharing your experience with us. It is true that for some, the warmer weather brings on new experiences and new challenges to overcome. Just take it one at a time and get back to basics if you have to. Congratulations on three months quit! Danielle ____________________ The SSC Support Team

Hi all, I just wanted to share this experiece. I gained 10 lbs when I quit smoking, Within 25 days of my quit. After several attempts, I finally have made it two weeks on working out and dieting.. with some off days.. I have been walking two miles every other day, One up hill and one down, and then I do a 60 min. cardio tape on those days I don't walk. Today, I did both (Ate a lot of Pizza yesturday) anyway, I can breath so well now, I am not even out of breath when I walk and it's great ! Since the weather has warmed up, I find cravings are coming around more often. I did usually start back up every summer/spring, But this year, I can't ! I hafe already lost those 10 lbs I put on after I stopped smoking.. So if you are going threw that, Don't worry about it, Think of it has a healthy weight gain. You don't get cancer from having a candy bar after dinner. And give it time, and try to stick with it. It's worth it !! I am almost to 90 days !! Have a Gret Day everyone..
