Alright you guys... tomorrow is Monday and I think we should do somekind of enouragement things with this exercise and weight gain. I hate the way I look today. I think I may have gained more weight than my last weigh in. I don't want to get on the scale, as weight is a big thing with me. How shall we do this? Anykind of a plan. Should we report here that we did our walk? There HAS to be a way to quit smoking and not get fat. Gosh... the world is filled with THIN non smokers... and FAT.. smokers. Smoking is NOT.... NOT...
