Stop carvings by eating

Tutti, You may want to check with your local pharmacy or on the internet. There is a wide range of sweets available for diabetics. Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

Yep Harrell, that's what I'm talking about. I'm diabetic so I have to use sugar free products but, I have to limit myself on them. As long as I limit myself to the serving size, I'm fine. SOooooo, it's Sorbitol in the sugar free products that causes the problem? Are there any sugar free products that you know of that do not contain that product? Is sugar alcohol and sorbitol the same thing? I can't eat sugar free candy. Most sugar free candy, cakes, ice cream have a sugar substitute that has a laxative effect on many people. I especially watch out for "sorbitol" as it's used a lot in sugar free products. It took me a while to isolate what ingredient was causing me problems. Harrell - Free and Healing for Four Months, Thirteen Days, 22 Hours and 2 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 11 Days and 17 Hours, by avoiding the use of 3373 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $508.76.

Heya Carolin, Look at all of the teenie weenie print on the back side of your sugar free candy packages. Be careful NOT to eat TOO many. I have to rotate the sugar free stuff with vegetables. The sugar free gum doesn't cause the same problem as the sugar free candy.
