I went to a Hypnosis show in my local community. Jerry Enns was his name. I bought 3 of his CD"S one for Quiting smoking and another for Self confidence, and the other for melting stress away.
I had a chance to speak with Jerry after the show and he gave me his web address. Maybe you might find something there, and if you don't find what you are looking for just email him what you are wanting and I'm sure he could find or make you a CD on that topic.

Hi everyone!
I'd like to really work on some Visualization specific to some of my phobias and was wondering if anyone has had CD's for Agoraphobia and/or Panic Attacks that they have purchased which were helpful? I do currently practice meditation (repetitive word) for 20 minutes but it doesn't help me with my Anticipatory Anxiety much. I've tried browsing around but really haven't found much online either.
