Well, I made it over twenty four hours. I didn't have to work last night so I slept, and slept, and slept. I wonderful if I sleep most of these days being smoke free, will the withdrawals last longer? They are strong right now but I kept my son with me when I went to the store. I visualize, I know this sounds weird, a cigarette everywhere. I can smell stale smoke everywhere which I don't like but can't wash it away yet. I am just so tired. Are these all part of withdrawal. Sometimes it feels like I have lost a part of me. I am hanging in there. Hopefully they will call me off work again tonight. Though I really do need to face that challenge too. Just get it over with. I will write again either today or for Day 3.
