Hi all and bless US for doing a good thing for the bodys that we have been given! I gotta tell you I lost 30#'s before i quit, I was lookin sort a skinny! Then I figured it was time to quit the nasty hag a smokin' which I did with the help of some Very fine friends in here. ( The unsmokables to name just a few )I was doin so good I decided to join the "reward yourself" group with a nice Basque meal every week! God it was great food, and I still love it all! From the bread, butter, salsa to the salad then the soup with beans and MORE salsa.. then the MAIN course of pasta, veges and Fish!!! NUMMY!!!!!!!! And you would not believe how good the sour dough bread went with this all! Just ask for more, all you could eat.. More butter please!
LOL.. sorry as i go on but it has been a while and my 2 year quit grows near!
If you wana drop some weight, it's going to take some will power. Believe me but it's not quite as much as kickin that cig in the _ss! I have just completed a 7 day soup diet which alot a people have pu pued, but I have have had success! I droped 9# in 6 days and thats no kiddin. ( I think it's mostly water buildup I have lost, but I will keep goin!) Focus and will power along with some senseable exercise will do. Be honest with yourself, and then tune into a space where resolve is the only option for you. You will succeed!! Burn more calories than you take in and you will lose weight. Good luck on your quests, I'm still workin on mine, with actually now.. some kinda fun!
