As I mentioned earlier,I have tried to quit 3 times before but this time
I know will be my last as I just know I won't smoke again. I guess I am alot more prepared now. I have read loads and have realised that I am an addict (a thought which disgusts me!) I also realised that my past attempts were half hearted and \I did not put 100% into them. It seems totally different now. Smoking is THE ANTI SOCIAL pastime of today. When I was younger evereyone seemed to smoke, now it's the complete opposite. I guess for me personally this fact has give me the extra shove and now I just don't see the crescent - I see the whole of the moon.
I hope Everyone gets to see it soon!!! Karen x
