Hello Jeanigirl, I am so proud of You for going those 217 days smokeless, I really applaud You in Your effort and determination, A lot of People on that daily roller-coaster ride have given into cigerettes, I guess You might say that old habits are hard to break, for all the years You have smoked, Its always been a trend in Your past years, if a problem occurs in Your daily life, the first thing was grab a cigerette, for it always seem to Help You cope with the problem's much better, or so You thought,
Jean, a lot of People have gone before You on this website, and probally 8 out of 10 have had problems the first couple months of there Quit, because of what they thought was a serious problem in there journey, and before have always smoked to relieve that pain You have, I went through the same thing after the first month of my quit, I lost a Younger Brother to a Heartattack, And We were suppose to go on a fishing trip the next week, It didn't happen, If I ever wanted a cigerette, it was then, Brother Mike didn't smoke, And He woiuld not have not wanted me to break my quit, because of His passing on, So I took a deep breath, sucked it up, an keep going, You might say that I owe my quit to Him today, almost 4 years later, I have always used a piece of milk shake straw to releive my stressful moments in my journey, it's a little bit like a passifier, takes the edge off Your problems, it works for me, better then smoking, Take care, don't let this set-back do You inn, because You have a big heart to admit to Your slip, and start over, The very best in Your journey, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
