I'm so proud of you girl. You're doing great. Keep right on reading and posting. It really helps. Make sure you're drinking tons of water. I'm really soooo tired of it now but I have to keep drinking it because it really helps with any cravings.
Have you got your arsenal of gum, hard candy, toothpicks, straws, etc.
That first cigarette in the morning is hard, especially when you drink coffee. Ugh. But, it really does get better. I promise you it does. I know, it doesn't happen as fast as we want it to, LIKE YESTERDAY!!, but it does happen. At first, I couldn't even drink coffee because it would trigger a crave for a smoke. Now I can drink coffee but not black anymore....I have to put splenda a creamer in it. Weird, but I have to change up my triggers.
