First of all let me say that I am glad you have decided to quit smoking. Sometimes it takes us a few tries before we get it right. I am proof of that.
This is a new day. You have not failed, but you have learned.
Rework the program tools on the left of this page if you haven't already done so. A good plan goes a long way.
Quitting while someone else in your house still smokes is hard. But it is doable. This quit is about you and not about him. Ask him to smoke outside and keep the smokes out of sight. Ultimately though you need to read and learn about nicotine addiction. It's not the cigarettes talking to you - it's the JUNKIE. You need to learn how to talk back - SCREAM if need be.
There is just one rule NOPE
One day at a time, 5 minutes at a time if need be.
Stay close, ask for help.
Peace & Courage
