I did it I took off the patch after 8 days. I am on my 12th day of being a non smoker and my 4th day of being nicotine free and i feel great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) I ahve never done cold turkey before and it is so uplifting and wow what a great feeling to be [size=4]FREEEE[/size] and a happy non smoker!!!!!!
