Well, well, here we go again. Monday, <1200 calories and 1 hour on the treadmill - Total +10,000 steps, Tues <1500 calories and 1 hour on treadmill - Total +10,000 steps, Wed not over yet :p 1 hour on tread mill.
I am doing at least 1 hour on treadmill and finish the day with at least 10,000 steps. I want to keep my calories under 1500 per day, but I hope I don't get to ridged with this.
Tip ;p at one of our grocery stores have sugar free fudge bars. 35 calories for one and you get your chocolate!!!!!
