Would love to get in on this :) I am going to really try and focus on weight loss (as well as the not smoking of course) but I am finding that focusing on losing some weight is taking my mind off the smoking and I am feeling pretty positive.. I have joined an on line weight loss site, it's counting points, not calories.. but would love to share and chat with you all as we go through our journey.. I have quite a bit to lose but am just going to focus on a week at a time.. Current weight 190lbs, wanting to lose 1 - 2 lbs per week..maybe we can share recipes as well, I am going to be trying some this weekend. Think I will focus on low cal "treats" since I am snacker...
