How are you doing? I know that Day one is hell as well as day two and three and all through the week, but all the support that I have gotten from SSC is wonderful. It makes me feel more confident that I will beat this addiction and have a smoke free life. Let me know if you want to chat sometime. Congratulations on your quit and keep up the good work!! Best of Luck! Well I made it to my next milestone and now I am very edgy and sometimes down right mean for no reason. I am suprised my husband has filed for divorce :) JK. After my little fit this morning he and I talked and he said that he knew that I would be very moody for a while and he understands and has determined a strategy to avoid fighting (of course it would be for no reason except me wanting to suck on a cancer stick). Now I am walking down a very curvy and bumpy path towards 72 hours smoke free. Wish me lots of luck. It seems to be harder today to fight this battle, but I am determined to beat it. 72 hours-HERE I COME!! :p

Kimmy, I hear ya. I feel the same way, very edgy. Thanks for the IM today, like I said you got me right during the middle of a craving (seems to happen with my fellow quitters - fagashlynne and Parrot Lady in particular.) Great job sticking with it! Hello Kimmey, Your doing fine, yes moodiness, martial arguments, kid's crying, the dog hiding and the cat going bald from stress is all part of hell and heck week. I promise you (and I never lie), be strong..your husband will still love you, the kid's eventually stop crying and start asking for money again, the dog comes out of hiding when she is finally hungry and the cat grows new fur....but your pink lungs can't survive if you continue to inhale black smoke into them. That's a fact!! Post and let us know how your hanging in there! Celebrate every milestone...whatever it takes to be smokefree!! Ok, I'm hoping that was a typo, your hubby filed for divorce?? Kimmy I'm so glad you are excited about each milestone. Keep up the good work and you better start rewarding yourself. Rewards are such a huge part of keeping your quit. Keep in touch!
