I figured it was normal ....but it is so strange!!! Auntdeb, I really hope the same thing DOESN'T happen to me as it did you!!!! That must have been horrible! Dutch Fini....you are right it is only a dream...I mean nightmare! so what does it really matter I just hate the guilt. It's amazing how powerful your brain is to trick you into thinking something is so real..... Hello everyone! Well it's day 13 and I'm not bad!! Actually, pretty proud of myself in fact! I have been having I guess what you would call "withdrawl dreams" I have dreamt that I have been smoking and it seems soooo real that guilt sets in. God it is awful!!!! when I wake up I realize I didn't smoke and get so confused...This is stupid!!!! I hope this passes soon Ballzy

I've had one dream since I quit and, too felt so guilty. In my dream I took two long puffs off a cigarette and put it out. I felt so guilty in my dream and disappointed in myself. However, I'm so glad I'm not smoking I'm doing the happy dance! Throw chantix into the mix! I was buying cartons in my cave dream. Kristen, don't want to scare you but when I quit a long time ago, I had nightmares of smoking "years after I quit". I would actually wake up with a sore throat, I had been puffing so hard in my sleep. yeagh, but don't worry...they will go away...and maybe yours won't be like that....auntdeb ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 36 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,835 Amount Saved: $171 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 1 Mins: 14 Seconds: 22
