So glad to see you back!!! Yes you can do this. With each failed quit I learned so much about myself and would say you have done the same. You know what to excpet so put them down and begin your journey to health. What has helped me this last time is Allen Carr's book the easy way to stop smoking. I read it last summer, but wasn't ready to quit. Thought I was, but you know the story. Anyway I read it just before this quit and it has made all the difference for me. But I want this quit. I sick and tired of quitting and smoking and on and on. Glad you are back!!! Think of it as you are home :) Sharon My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 205 Amount Saved: $60 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 17 Mins: 37 Seconds: 16

tony, (I hope Jaset meant "men are superior" to the nicotine cravings??) Anyway, take it one day at a time. Have you done the online program yet? It helps strengthen your resolve. Also, learning about your addiction will help you conquer it. You can do this.
