I'm not taking any NRT's or nerve medications, so that couldn't be my problem. I'm really worried that I will do something like I did this morning again!! I am taking deep breaths, over and over and over.... It does help !! I feel strong most of the time, but then sometimes I wonder if I really can do this!! Scary isn't it I've been in the same boat for a few days now Hope it goes away soon wondering if the welbutrin could be causing some of thes weird side effects. Do any of you counsellors know. I can see you through the fog crabby, and look at you at 4 days. You are half way through hell week. The fogginess is very very normal. Just say to yourself, this is how it is for a few days (maybe a little longer for some), and accept it as your body ridding itself of the nasty toxins. Tell people you are quitting so they understand if you have a moment where you have reverted to the intellect of a pre-schooler again. It does pass, and the intelligence and sound judgement comes back. Have you thought of bumber pads for the car though??? I was on the patch for a while only. I also experienced a period of absentmindness, kinda spacey. It passed. I wouldn't worry if it remains in the short term, could be detox. could be stress. Just take precautions for safety, like driving and cooking and anything else you need to.
