It's a GREAT day to be quit, and it's a GREAT day to stick close by this site for all the awesome advice you're getting, Tony.
I am the poster child of what not to do when you quit at this time of year. I didn't plan, I didn't have a site like this, I didn't have a clue. I was pissed off that my husband could smoke and I couldn't. I was sad that my children weren't coming (they both live far, far away). I felt horribly sorry for myself and took it out on everyone who came close to me.
If I had to do it over, I would do just what all your friends here have said...stay active when I felt up to it and chill when I needed to.
So stay close, let us help you, when you get that panicky feeling, holler out for help. We can help you!
Rusty :)
