Mercy:
I know -- go make a bunch of snow angels!! That ought to keep your hands and mind busy!
You know, the cravings do pop up sometimes when you least expect them. That's part of what makes this damn addiction so insidious.
You can NEVER drop your guard and feel that you have the cravings licked. You will get a craving or two or three -- it's part of quitting.
But remember that every craving is a reminder to you of just how badly addicted you are -- if you look at it that way, it's easier to tell the nicodemon to go to hell!
NOPE -- Not One Puff Ever! That's the ONLY way to make this work.
You can do it!!! We're all behind you. (I'd make snow angels if I could, but here in the Seattle area, we don't have the means. Make one for me, ok??)
Keep the faith.
