Well folks am on day 32 yippee and i feel good. i get the odd bad day when in work and i see people smoking. and i think what if i only had the one but that never happens does it lo.l it only lasts for a few seconds then i go through my reasons for quiting in the first place. but apart from that i dont crave or think bout them now i feel healthy i went for a walk yesterday and i managed to walk for an hour without getting out of breath or my heart racing. well i hope everyone else is still going strong well done.:)
