oh boy....stress is the biggest trigger as far as I am concerned....and I would handle it "somewhat" like I did when I smoked....turn away, back off, regroup, think it through...just do all that while doing something ELSE besides smoking. a walk, a shower, an icey cold drink of water or juice, 3 minutes of alone time to close your eyes and deep breath.
You can do this. remember that withdrawal WILL pass. you WILL win the battle
