Has anyone tried Temazepam?
They are short acting 6 hours, and do not leave such a hangover. I find them very useful for releiving my OCD anxiety and my PMT induced anxiety. They are of course a good sleeping pill too.
I suffer from MS too so stress is really something I can do without. Any comments will bevery much off interest. Sab
