PAnic over flying tommorrow

I'm sorry about your father, maybe that's why the fear is intensifid right now, because you are upset over him being gone. Take alot of things with you to keep you occupied, books, puzzles, whatever you think will help. Remember too, that sometimes the things that we fear the most, end up not being as bad as we expected. That happens almost everytime with me and I've seen it posted many times here. Good luck to you and I bet that you surprise yourself! Let us know how it goes!

Dear David, Sorry to hear about your father. My best suggestion would be to practice breathing and relaxation techniques. If the flight is tomorrow, there is little else to do at this point. Just try and take deep breaths and focus on something else. When you return make use of the tools on the left of your screen. The Panic Program and support group will be valuable tools for you. Take care. Susanne
