Its to do with tapping on various meridian points on the body, the same points that acupuncturists use. Apparently, many people get instant relief.
Has anyone tried this for their panic or anxiety? I quite accidentally found out about it and have been using the technique with reasonable success. Bear in mind I am also, with the aid of my doctor, tapering off citalopram, I seem to be banishing some of my fears.
