Not too sure if you guys know what these are but I found them at the grocery store. Peperoncini peppers...i've been eating them to help me cope with some mild cravings, they;re sooooo hot BUT they really help clear that heavy feeling in your chest! LOL, whatever works! It'd probably work for me, but oh boyyyyy I'm not gonna try it. I'd be so busy screaming from the heartburn that I wouldn't notice a crave for sure! I miss the days when I had a cast-iron stomach, but they are LONG gone!

Dunedude -- always glad to bump into you here, but what in the world are you talking about, or do I really want to know? I'm not sure that I really need to know what "hot out" means, but I can't resist asking. peteg My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/30/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 91 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,596 Amount Saved: $500.5 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 18 Mins: 54 Seconds: 16

I read here sometime that spicy food does help conquer cravings. ANY food did the trick with me. I'm a good girl nowadays! Mellers, Spicy foods have been helpful to a few of our members in overcoming craves. Sweetluv, Your are bound to experience good & bad days in your quit. When bad days strike, get back to basics. Use the same coping strategies that got you through hell week and don't forget about your rewards. Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team
