MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm gonnadoit!! I'm IN!
And so true - forget the dieting especially I'd say into at least 3 months (maybe more) of quitting. The mind and the body can only handle so much. We have to be gentle on ourselves :)
Ok.. now where does Duckie live..>>>>SOOOO WANT the strawberry cheesecake! NOW! LOL!!!

Thanks no more and windy!
Well windy I really haven't given much thought about a reward. I think that I'd like to go out for dinner on the weekend for my one month quit :) See going out for dinner is rare for me so it would be a really big deal to do it! Eating has become my current addiction.. lol! Will deal with the weight loss some other time - just concentrating on this quit for now!
Have a great day all :)

After 4 days .. which felt very much like hell week, I'm finally feeling so much better! :)
That nicodemon was hovering over me just waiting for me to cave to the crave! I DID NOT CAVE! By incorporating my new coping techniques - stepping down to 7 mg patch, new healthy crave cart, etc., and so importantly the incredible number of posts of support pouring in from a number of sites made it all possible to fend that nasty demon off!
Today is a new day .. I am no longer riding the rip tide, rather floating along the gentle waves into the shore. Couldn't have survived, what seemed like weeks (not 4 days) of so much angst, without all of you! Thanks to everyone who got me through it.
One thing I truly learned about this quit is that you can never let your guard down .. it can hit at any given moment and you must be armed with all your tools in place.
Thanks guys... You are all gems !
