Slivers,
I sure hope you are just lurking around, still taking some time to obsorb all the posts.............. We need you to check in!
You obviously need a new way to deal with stress. What is something you could do? I personally take a walk. If I remember, I grab my music as well. I walk and talk to myself.... I look crazy, but when I arrive back home, I am a little more clear headed, and willing to reconize that I really did not want to smoke. I just needed a way of releasing my frusterations......... I still like to talk about how great I feel now, and things I can do now that I couldn't do before. And also the things that I need to accomplish still.
Take a little time for yourself right now. Pamper yourself. It;s okay, you deserve it!!
Please check in with us! We are here for you!!
