Hi Stardust,
Have you ever had a massage???? If not, REWARD YOURSELF! They are so absolutely wonderful, relaxing, stress reducing, and you feel so pampered. My chiropractor has some wonderful massage therapists that work with him. And I am so blessed, my insurance at work covers the massages! YIPEE! But, they are not THAt expensive, and totally worth the money. Get through hell week again and then reward yourself with a massage! YOu will love it. It will help your tight muscles and stress level. Peteg is right about learning from slips; but, do not look at slips too lightly. Some people smoke one cig and then can not get it back together to start their quits again. Or it starts a pattern. I've been through it. You smoke one cig in two weeks; then the next week you smoke one cig; then you smoke one cig every 2 days...what the heck, I'm not smoking 2 packs a day like I used to. It keeps one in constant nicotine withdrawal, increases the cravings, and makes the quit process harder than it already is. That is why we have the mantra NOPE...not one puff ever! It is the only way to move towards total freedom from nicotine addiction. Get back at it! YOu can do this. I expect to hear about your reward massage next week!
