We are so with you on this. Yes, the first two weeks is hard, they aren't called hell and heck week because they are a walk in the park, but you are almost through the 1st week, you can do this. Remember your reasons for quitting and keep those handy (even if you have to write them down and carry them with you). Also, there are some great posts recently about a different way to look at the long term quit. Rumage around in the threads, some of them were from today. The change you are making in your life is a significantly positive one. Remember, anything worth doing isn't always going to be easy. Hang tough, I'm here for you.
