Good idea, Parrotlady! Now that I have taken out my jackets for the year, I keep finding tobacco bits in the bottom of the pockets! My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 81 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,069 Amount Saved: $648 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 8 Mins: 53 Seconds: 44

You are definitley not alone it happens to more people than you can imagine. Changing something thats been with you most of your adult life is bound to require some retraining of the neuro systems of the brain. Wellbutrin also seems to be doing that with me time to ween off and get back to normal :confuse: My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 209 Amount Saved: $126.75 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 10 Mins: 27 Seconds: 48

Hi Nico Was going out at the weekend to get groceries and just wanted to take my cash card with me rather than my entire wallet. So took it out and got ready and as I was leaving patted my pockets to make sure I had everything. No cash card. Searched high and low and even looked in places I knew it wouldn't be. Anyway to cut a long story short - it was in my mouth!!!! I had placed it between my lips as I did up my wallet I guess. I went searching for it with it literally under my nose!!!!! Don't know if it was the sickarettes (love the term) but I empathise with you. Congrats on what will now be 7 days - you are through hell week. Good for you!!! Nico, Totally natural! Try using gum or lip chap as the new thing to grab! this way you will let go of the feeling that you are missing something :) Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
