Hey Kait, About 2 years ago I lost about alot of weight doing low fat, it worked well for me as long as I kept track of everything, I slacked off and have slowly been putting it back on, I have put on at least 8 lbs since my quit. I have not got on the scale in a week or so, it may be more.
My sister is getting married in Feb, there will be alot of family and friends that I have not seen in many (15) years.
I gotta get on the ball.
