pickles and condiments are free! Suck down all the mustard you can handle... lol if you are just dying for a hamburger, make it small and load it up with lettuce, tomato, onions and stuff! Those are free! mmmmm pickles! If anyone has a chance to pick up a book of recipes for people who are diabetics you'll find that losing weight is easy, combined with regular exercise and you won't be denying yourself of many good foods..including cookies, cakes etc. Just a thought because that's how I have to cook for my hubby. One big thing is to also stay away from fatty foods, so eat lots of fish, pork (lean), chicken. Another tip is stay away from adding salt or prepared foods which are super high in sodium. And of course..no sugar in anything! Anyway, just a quick suggestion for you :) Good luck all..
