Top 10 Ways to deal with a Bad Day!

You could try writing poetry or song lyrics. If that that fails try sitting staring blankly at a computer screen for twenty minutes thinking of funny top tens . Witch strangely enough has done the trick for me. I have moments right now with only being on day 8, but last night my freshman daughter was invited to a "Senior" boy party...wanna talk about needing a cigerette for that conversation.....but what happened next surprised me....we actually sat and talked on the couch for 1 1/2 hours and I didn't need a "cig break" to calm myself down. I turned some elevator music on, got a cup of hot tea (corny I know), but very relaxing, and my daughter and I had the best talk. Find things, hobies, music, a beverage, that relaxes you. This has been priceless to me the last 8 days. We need different ways to deal with stress without the cig break.
