Hi Jan58 & Stardust! I'm sooo glad to be HOME! Swweeet, I felt confident getting on a elevator LOL! Patch worked well for few hours but then I felt quite nauseous.. Perhaps skiped lunch(busy at work), too much tea(caffeine) or is patch the culprit? I'll keep my patch as back up tomorrow. The ordeal I went through today, tomorrow will be a breeze I hope. Way to go cocopuff, hang in there, it does get better. I am on day 9 and think it is great. I look forward to the new feelings I am getting, being able to breath easy, sleeping better, smelling better. I have taken a different approach this time, and going to stick with it. A friend of mine is giving me personal support, but I have also signed up to this and get lots of information from here. Hang in there My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/27/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 340 Amount Saved: $38.25 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 39 Seconds: 0
