Hi Jan - It's 1 p.m. here and I'm still enjoying my morning coffee as I dabble around the house....I love a relaxing Saturday.....just trying to decide what to do with the rest of my day...I SHOULD go to the gym...but I WANT to go shopping....so shopping it will be!

Woke up this morning and my first thought was, I'll grab a coffee and go outside for a smoke. Wait a minute - I don't smoke! The mind wasn't fully awake. I get that sometimes, where you just plain forget, and then comes that fleeting thought. It passes though. So I'm down on the computer where its safe, and smoke free. And, actually enjoying the taste of my coffee. Have a good one, Jan

Thanks nmg, Monica, River, Danielle, and Windy for being there for me. It means a lot. Hubby and I went out for breakfast. Now that's something I should work off! I think we're going to take the beagles(the girls for a looong walk). But Windy, I love your logic. Should it be the gym, or shopping. Why shopping of course. Good call! Cheers, Jan

Sometimes I still do that...today I left the grocery store in a rush, left my phone inside, had to run back, late now to pick up my son, daughter wants to go to a drive thru for lunch, plop into the drivers seat, lean over to go thru my purse for...a smoke...had to laugh at myself. Asked the ten year old to hand me my cigarettes and she...actually looked for them...we both had a laugh. Habit.

Good evening Jan, just got on. I am so glad you came back. I am trying to program my "little" mind to say I am a non smoker ;) Aren't we lucky to have Gonna in our lives. I can see her digging for those darn cigs and asking her daughter to look them also, lol My sister said she use to do that too, even after a few years. :gasp: Seems we have a few things to look forward too. Thank God, there won't be any there :eg: You take care.
