The CBT on this site assisted wonderfuly with my OCD Jamie. OCD is secondary to panic with me. So I guess the CBT helped me with OCD because of this. But I don't see why it shouldn't make a possitive difference for you too. They're both anxiety related after all. Take care, keep us posted. :)

Thanks, I have panic disorder with agoraphobia, but was also recently diagnosed with OCD, will the CBT that is on this site help me with the OCD as well as the panic?
