I'm sorry your body didn't react very well to the patches. I'm sure it was a bit un-nerving, but very happy to hear that your resolve to quit is still strong. If you will be using the wellbutrin, then it's not considered cold turkey, as cold turkey is when you stop and don't use any form of NRT. Personally, I didn't use wellbutrin, but I have heard from alot of people here who have, and had great results. Reportedly, nicotine is gone from your system in about 72 hours. Hold tight to your resolve to remain smoke free, keep your chin up, and face that nicodemon with all you've got. You can do this. Show him who's boss!
