Interesting information, Freebird. I've always been slender, and have gained about 4 pounds, and it's not the amount... its the thought of: Oh no! When will it end? I know... not positive thinking, but I don't want it to run away with me! My problem is not wanting to cut out the chocolate and daily pepsi. From what you said, Freebird, about the sugars and salt...since you put it that way, I have more reason to cut it out. I've found if I have information and understanding, I'll be a much better student and do what I'm supposed to do, i.e. cut out the junk! Think I'll try doing without those fixes today and see how it goes. Thanks!
